At the heart of SPYRO HVLS Fan is its powerful 1.5KW PMSM Motor, with IP65 grade motor, 91% working efficiency, 240 torque, longest fan blades are 7.3m, could totally satisfy lower area ventilation requirement and we are providing a 24ft big industrial ceiling fan for manufacturers, suppliers, dealers, and distributors in India.
It is ideal for ceiling heights of greater than 24 feet.
It is available through distributors in all major cities including Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Visakhapatnam, and Kochi.
The control panel consists of a electrical protection circuit, PMSM drive to control the motor; this drive helps in controlling the speed based on the temperature, velocity, pressure, etc. Addition of this drive helps in increasing the efficiency of the fans as controlling the speed is no more hassle in PMSM than in induction motors. Apart from this our drive has following safety features:
- Over temperature detection – Drive system monitors the internal temperature of the motor and VFD to prevent premature failure due to extreme heat
- Overspeed Detection – Motor measures fan speed to ensure that it dones not exceed the maximum allowable RPM for safe operation. The drive has a regulator to control the speed of the fan.
- Over voltage/Current detection – Drive system continuously monitors voltage and current to prevent damages to the drive and motor

Hardware Fasteners
Germany (DIN933 bolt), class 12.9 (class 8.8); (DIN125A) anti-loose
self-locking nut; suspension fasteners use slotted locating pin locknut; drive unit uses Loctite “(Retaining Compound)” thread to solidify locking.
Fixing Arrangement
Dynamic mounting system allows for installation to a number of different structures: I-beams, bar joists, solid beams, and purlins Double safety cable system with guy wires.

Spyro HVLS Fans comes with 5-Blade design. Our unique Aerofoil design and winglet increase airflow efficiency. The size of the industrial ceiling fan blade is amplified by 20% of all the current fan sizes (Width – 220mm), which will increase the air volume. The blade angles has been optimized to give maximum air movement.
